ABOUT MICHAEL JAEGER

Hospitality | Specialty Coffee | FMCG | Mental Health Hospitality has always been at the centre of what I do.My background is in specialty coffee and the wider hospitality industry, where I developed a strong appreciation for quality products, good service and the people who make great venues work. Working in cafés and within the coffee community gave me a real understanding of how important drinks culture is to customer experience and how powerful hospitality can be in bringing people together.Today I work in FMCG with Living Things, helping introduce functional soda to cafés, restaurants, gyms and hospitality venues across the UK. My focus is on building genuine partnerships with venues that want to offer something different and bring modern functional drinks to their menus.Alongside my work in drinks, I am passionate about improving conversations around mental health in hospitality. It is an industry that can be incredibly rewarding, but also demanding, and I believe creating more open and supportive spaces for these conversations is important for the people who keep the industry moving.What I enjoy most about hospitality is the community around it.
