I am the Managing Director of Michael Laure Magar Limited which I set up with David Magar in to provide specialist residential block management and investment services.I have overseen the expansion of the business which now employes more than 38 staff and count amongst our clients many of the top volume UK house builders, private property investors, funds and Resident Management Companies.Our more recent expansion includes additional services to include investment and acquisition, ground rents and in house surveying services all of which support the management functions.MLM offers a personal, efficient and quality service having recently been rewarded with 3 awards at the NOTB industry awards. These are also exiting times as the company continues to expand with new and exciting i structions being won regulaly.Specialist areas: Residential block management, FTT advocacy, development agency, land purchase and site assembly, ground rent sale & purchase, service charge set up & design, residential landlord and tenant law, leasehold enfranchisement.
