I am an in-house coverage counsel for The Cincinnati Insurance Companies handling coverage opinions for nine states, assisting Claims with coverage related matters such as appraisals and representing the Companies in coverage litigation/declaratory judgment actions including bad faith defense. Opinions primarily involve commercial, surplus and personal lines. Coverages include but are not limited to general liability, auto, excess/umbrella and property claims.Prior to joining The Cincinnati Insurance Companies, in my private practice, I strove to provide cost efficient, effective representation in a wide array of practice areas primarily involving civil litigation and appeals in state and federal courts, investigations of insurance claims, and providing insurance coverage opinions. My goal was to zealously represent clients providing \"outside the box\" solutions and high-quality representation performed in a professional and ethical manner. I am licensed to practice in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.
