I represent domestic and international corporations with U.S. operations in all facets of labor and employment law, and the administration and negotiation of both initial and successor collective bargaining agreements. I also provide advice and counsel regarding grievances and arbitrations ranging from discharge arbitrations to multi-million-dollar contract interpretation disputes. I often serve as chief spokesperson at the bargaining table for clients.I have tried a number of cases in state and federal courts through jury verdicts on behalf of employers and in commercial litigation disputes. I formerly served as Mayor and Trustee of the Village of Pelham and as a councilperson in the town government.
