   Portfolio Manager: Responsible for oversight of 130+ projects in the Epic and Ancillary IT hospital portfolio. Responsible for weekly/monthly reporting on the overall portfolio status and health. Partner with the Product Directors to manage and slot projects in: Ideation, Pipeline and Scoping and Estimating. Partner with Sr. Leadership to mitigate the impact of major portfolio risks and issues. Managing a team of two Sr. Managers and ten Project Managers. Enhanced the existing Portfolio Management tool to capture major project milestones in order identify portfolio conflicts for shared services such as: Testing, Training, Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR), and the Epic Go Live Command Center. Leveraged project actuals and estimated work effort to provide Product Directors a line of sight on projects they do not own, and have a major stake in.
