Goals are to establish agreements that solidify WOW!\'s ability to provide service to MDU communities that result in WOW! having a larger portion of the market penetration. This is accomplished through renewing agreements whose initial term has ended or will soon end, signing new agreements with new builds and overbuilds, and bulk agreements. The primary goal when establishing agreements is to obtain Exclusive Marketing rights and Exclusive Wiring rights along with a maximum term. As an MDU Executive for the Market Expansion group, this required travel, research, engagement, and building of relationships/partnerships with Property Management companies MDU (HOA’s & MDU’s), Builders, Developers, as well as the County Public Works departments. This has been instrumental in establishing WOW! into private communities where we would not have built our fiber backbone with only rights to utilize Public Utility Easements. This has proven successful as WOW! has become the preferred provider for these new partners to utilize WOW.2023 WOW! Presidents Club Award Winner2023 Top Performer on the MDU Account Executive Team.
