Barnes Aerospace is a private equity owned company (Apollo).Barnes shared service model is cross functional in nature including Finance (AR, AP and R2R), Sourcing operations and commercial operations transactional activities I lead the design of enterprise-wide service delivery frameworks across Finance and Procurement to achieve seamless integration, cost optimization, and process standardization.
