I took on a newly created role at a growing company in the Health-Tech space, offering scientifically-backed programs for Companies to offer their Employees benefitting the employees, the employers, insurance companies, and generating revenue.\\\\n\\\\nDirect all efforts related to data and reporting, advocating for use of data in all decisions. Responsibilities include: build and maintain data warehouse in Redshift, add sources, create new or add functionality to existing reports, analyze data to provide guidance to executive staff and Private Equity owners, and aid all departments in strategic decision making.\\\\n\\\\n• Data Warehouse Strategy: Created ELT processes to build new Data Warehouse. I prioritized data sources by business need, helped design use cases for the data, and advised on structure for fact and dimensional tables.\\\\n• Reporting Creation: Ovesaw initial construction of new PowerBI Reports pulling directly from Data Warehouse with live-tracking of important Business KPIs. Managed and assigned permissions to appropriate workspaces.\\\\n• Product Testing: Lead experimentation best practices for determining the efficacy of new product ideas, testing on the website functionality, ui/ux, app, etc.\\\\n• Business Impact: Found $1M worth of billing which we had not charged for, saving us lost revenue\\\\n• Client Reports: Led effort to overhaul our quarterly client reports with sales leadership. Updated branding, redefining KPIs, and added new exciting metrics to give us advantage over competition.\\\\n• Assist in clinical research by providing analysis of outcomes and engagement data and assisting Chief Medical Officer in research\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
