With over 20 years of experience in human resources and professional services, I’m passionate about shaping a dynamic, inclusive, and high-performing culture that supports our people and evolves alongside the company’s growth.Before joining CoStar Group, I spent more than 17 years at Goldman Sachs as a Managing Director in Human Capital Management. I held several senior roles, including Head of Global Recruiting, COO of the Human Capital Management division, Co-Head of Global Business Partners, and Head of HR for the Engineering division—each giving me the opportunity to drive innovation in talent strategy and operations.I began my career in public accounting with KPMG, earning my CPA, and later spent a decade in Executive Search, where I launched and led the NYC region for Vedior Professional Services, NV.I hold a BS in Accounting from Stonehill College and continue to be energized by the opportunity to support people and teams in doing their best work.
