LiM was founded in 2011 while I was in University. The company was first started because organizations began to approach the student-run association that I was actively building at the time. Languages in Motion was the perfect transition for me and many passionate linguists as translation and interpreting, is, in my opinion, the ultimate career for a language enthusiast as he/she can apply their language skills to meaningful work that benefits our communities and helps our world communicate. LiM\'s purpose: We enhance the quality of people\'s lives.For the new Immigrant, we provide them with a Certified Translation that helps them get their Permanent Residence and create a better life.For the Lawyer and their client, we help them understand one another so they can win their case and find the best solution.For the Police Officer, we help them connect with victims of a crime so those individuals can feel safe.For the teacher and the parent, we allow them to discuss strategies for their student/child\'s education.For the Customer Service Centre, we help them provide service in over 200 languages, giving their clients access to important services.For the Insurance Company, we help them settle their claims quickly and efficiently with the claimant.For the Doctor or Nurse, we help them understand their patient so that person can receive the right medicine, treatment, and live a healthier life.For the Manufacturing Company, we help them communicate with their employees so they can stay safe when working with heavy-duty equipment.For the Marketing Company, we help them bring their clients meaningful messages in any language.For you, we give you the ability to speak in any language.LiM\'s mission statement: Bringing the world together through professional translation and interpreting services, one moment at a time.
