ABOUT MICHAEL INWOOD
A graduate in Mechanical Engineering at Aston University, I am currently working as a Systems Engineer for BAE Systems, within the Electronic Systems business unit.The defence sector has been a long-term goal of mine, so I am very passionate about the work I\'m doing there. Previously, I worked as a Manufacturing Design Engineer at a leading thermoplastic manufacturer, using money gained from IDP14 to build them an automated press delivery system. During my degree, I undertook an industrial placement year at Allelys Heavy Haulage, in the Projects Division. The job entailed complete project engineering from quote preparation to overseeing final installation on site, and has been vital in my progression as a professional engineer.
