About Michael Inferrera
Michael Inferrera is a decorated chef with more than 25 years of restaurant industry experience, including 15 years in the casino-entertainment industry. Inferrera spent 10 years in Atlantic City and five years in Philadelphia working for prestigious brands such as Caesars Atlantic City Casino & Hotel, Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa and Valley Forge Casino Resort before joining Pinnacle Entertainment in 2016, as Chef de Cuisine Multi-Outlet at Belterra Park Gaming & Entertainment, Cincinnati, Ohio. Influenced and trained in the arts of French and Italian cooking by world-renowned chefs George Pierre and Chris Scarduizo, Chef Inferrera earned his first title at the age of 21. Throughout his career, Inferrera held positions ranging from Sous Chef to Executive Chef in restaurants ranging from high volume café’s to exclusive fine-dining restaurants.
