Focused on identifying, evaluating, and structuring ecosystem partnerships aligned to Omega’s strategic pillars, operational roadmap, and investor value-creation plan- Lead partner identification and diligence across analytics, GenAI, automation, prior auth, and care ops segments- Align partnership evaluation frameworks with Omega’s PE-backed transformation goals and enterprise roadmap- Support commercial and operational integration planning across tech + services bundling strategy- Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, technology, and finance to structure scalable, value-accretive partner models- Serve as market-facing executive with direct accountability for vetting build–buy–partner strategies and driving strategic alliances through investment committee processes.
