   Developing a B2B machine learning, artificial intelligence powered supply chain illumination, risk analysis, mitigation, monitoring and optimization platform called CentralSight to discover suppliers and the threats that they pose down to the n\'th tier for clients in the public and private sectors- As the product\'s lead Product Manager/Strategist the team has seen exponential growth across major metric categories such as Client Roster Growth (up 6X since 2020), Projects Delivered (up 16X since 2020), New Active Users (up 3X since 2020) and the product became profitable for the first time (in 2021) seeing a 136% YoY increase in revenue ($38.7M in FY2022) just 2 years after first going live to end users- I lead the end-to-end sales to development lifecycle acting as the lead product sales person and carrying the sale from target to onboarding to implementation. As part of this, I am developing and implementing new pricing, branding and go to market strategies to scale CentralSight into new markets and industries such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Heavy Manufacturing and Construction, Environmental Sustainability & Governance, and Automotive- Hired and built a team of 15 product team members while maintaining a much lower than industry average turnover rate
