Developed multiple workflows to standardize cross-functional team activities in securing revenue streams. Implemented Data Architecture in Microsoft Teams supporting revenue capture workflows. Led alignment initiative integrating engineering development with program planning activities, establishing program-wide commonalities enabling the development of new weather business opportunities. Co-developed accounting and timekeeping instruments to support cost-plus contracts from DoD customers and NASA. Established individual skills development plans focused on 1- & 3-year goals.
