Reporting to the enterprise General Counsel, I serve as the General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Managers for our largest affiliate, Lilly USA LLC, which houses all of our commercial operations for our marketed products in North America (~$14B in revenue in 2020). And in my role as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel - BU/LUSA for Eli Lilly and Company, I lead a highly effective team of ~30 legal professionals supporting all late-phase development and commercialization activities across our three global business units - Diabetes, Biomedicines, and Oncology - counseling on, among other things: FDCA compliance; product registration and labeling; advertising and promotion; federal programs; pricing, reimbursement and access; the False Claims Act; fraud and abuse laws including the antikickback statute; digital health; and commercial transactions and alliance management.
