   Manage teams in Domestic & International Sourcing, Production Control, Demand Forecasting, Warehouse & Inventory Control and Shipping & Logistics (temporary assignment). • Drove team accountability with daily tier stand-up meetings with measurable KPI’s to enhance safety, quality, cost, delivery and service levels. • Launched problem solving initiatives throughout the supply chain resulting in- 35% increase in daily shipping throughput-$7MM reduction in finished goods and raw material inventory in 2022. This was achieved by implementing a level loaded purchasing & delivery schedule for all imported goods-$6MM backorder reduction in 2022- 60% increase in forecast accuracy by implementing scientific models for demand forecasting- 10% stock out reduction by implementing a Kanban Replenishment system for raw materials. • Negotiated spend reduction of over $1MM for purchased materials from international suppliers. • Built a North America supply chain for a new “Made in the USA” product family. • Decreased raw material supply risk by adding North American (including Mexico) suppliers as secondary sources for critical commodities. • Oversaw global sourcing with suppliers in the USA, China, Vietnam, and Mexico. • Coached and mentored 10 engineers pursuing Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
