From my earliest experiences working with my Dad to develop and apply software to analyze electric power grids, and then later in my professional career focusing on Primavera and project management, the over-arching goal for my work and professional development has been the application of computers in engineering and construction to advance the state-of-the-art, increase efficiencies and improve quality control. Which In turn brings me to where I am today. Preceding my employment with CDP while working with the Department of Public Works at the City of Durham we made tremendous gains in efficiencies and controls associated with the workflow intrinsic to contract administration and project management. We accomplished that through the deployment of Primavera P6 and Contract Manager, and the development of peripheral applications which extended their capabilities and exchanged project data with ArcGIS. It is in this spirit that not only am I fortunate to be able to work with CDP and our outstanding clients and staff, but also it is a continuation of a lifelong passion to contribute to the provision of evolving technologies for engineering and construction that make a difference.Quoting Paul Riefenberg, President of CDP: “While the technology is the tool that we provide, it is the people, processes and years of experience that combine to make our projects and clients successful.”I welcome the opportunity to work with you and your team to improve project performance and controls.
