As Dean of the College of Science and Engineering at Georgia Southern University, I have the privilege of leading a diverse community of faculty, staff, and students dedicated to discovery, innovation, and impact. Our college brings together the fundamental sciences and applied engineering disciplines to prepare the next generation of problem solvers and leaders who will shape our region, nation, and world.My academic and administrative career has centered on building collaborative, student-focused environments that advance research, teaching, and service. I am passionate about expanding access to STEM education, supporting faculty excellence, and developing programs that align with workforce needs and drive economic and community development.At Georgia Southern, we are growing in both scope and ambition—strengthening our research enterprise, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and enhancing experiential learning opportunities across our campuses.
