With our associate company Welcome Associates Ltd we work with hospitality and tourism clients in training, branding and promotion.I have also been Contributing Editor for Corporate Traveller and Luxury Escapes magazine, also contributing to and editing Destinations magazine for a number of years.Wine and Food has worked with Cuisine Magazine, Auckland City, Metro Magazine and Hospitality Magazine in written critiques, and with the Restaurant Association in judging national competitions. Our aim has always been to help improve service delivery through perceptive analysis and to expose excellence through creative writing.
