As an intrapreneur and head of a digital business unit, I am passionate about shaping the digital future of industrial manufacturing and maintenance. I am driven by leveraging innovative data-enabled technologies and developing business models to bring about fundamental change in industries and organizations.My career to date includes various leadership roles in consulting, research, and multinationals. Each position has been characterized by close collaboration with wonderful people, a connection to cutting-edge technology and digitalization, a strong spirit of innovation, and the ambition to foster change and create something new.This also applies to my current role as Head of MRO/Industry 4.0 where my team and I are driving the development of a LOCTITE®Pulse digital solution portfolio forindustrial manufacturing and maintenance. I strongly believe that successful, purposeful and sustainable change and growth can only be achieved through a highly motivated, diverse and empowered team. My top priority is to create an environment of respect, trust and team spirit where all team members can develop to the best of their abilities.For me, collaboration in innovation is crucial for success and acts as an accelerator and multiplier, both internally and externally.
