I am a commercial litigator with more than 18 years experience providing sophisticated, client-focused representation to businesses on a wide variety of legal issues, including early dispute resolution and litigation avoidance. I am experienced in all aspects of litigation, including international disputes. Affirmed on appeal. • Obtained reversal of trial court denial of motion to enforce settlement agreement in $12 million disability insurance dispute.• Second-chaired jury trial involving allegedly defective tennis shoe, obtaining defense verdict in 14 minutes. • Obtained and successfully defended summary judgments on appeal in complex matters involving breach of contract, professional liability.• Successfully defended lawsuits involving internet spamming and federal data privacy act.
