As an Executive Director and Financial Advisor, Mike builds meaningful relationships with clients. He focuses on working with private business owners and corporate executives of publicly traded companies. Mike specializes in helping private business owners with the basics of business valuations and the value enhancement process, exit options analysis, succession planning, and managing illiquidity in a business. With corporate executives, Mike has core competencies in executive compensation planning (RSUs, PSUs, NQSOs, etc), 10b5-1 plans, managing concentrated positions, 83(b) elections, and employment arrangements. Mike uses this knowledge to help his clients navigate the complexities of comprehensive financial planning, wealth management, mortgage lending, custom credit, trust & estate planning, and cash management. In the community, Mike serves on the Board of Directors for Inprint – Houston’s premier literary arts nonprofit which empowers readers and writers. And for six years he served on the Advisory Board of Directors for Camp Cullen, the Greater Houston YMCA’s summer camp located on Lake Livingston. Outside of work, Mike is an avid reader with a passion for intellectually engaging topics and a soccer fan who still plays regularly. He\'s also an instrument rated private pilot (he flies a Piper Turbo Lance II). Most importantly, he\'s a devoted husband to Victoria and a proud father of Deanna, AJ, Mikey, and Gabriella.
