To-date I have 38 years\' experience in property sector, the last 15 as Director of Broadway Heritage Ltd, developer of unique homes for life in stunning locations around southern England. We are committed to creating functional, stylish homes that are energy efficient and equipped for the digital age. Broadway homes are desirable homes designed to appreciate in value, homes that people truly enjoy living in. My enduring interest in traditional and modern architecture, and the preservation of historical buildings, and in building \'community\' inform my vision and my daily life.
ABOUT MICHAEL HODGES
A longstanding member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors I am founding Director of project management, development and investment company Broadway Heritage Ltd. We specialise in creating unique homes in stunning locations – whether new build or tasteful restorations. Our focus is high quality, functional, attractive living accommodation that people love to live in, especially those downsizing from larger homes later in life. Recent and current projects include Westcliff Villas, Weston-super-Mare, 28 new homes in a conversion of 5 Grade 2 listed villas ); Moravian Place, Bath, 11 new homes in a converted Victorian Chapel; St George’s House, Bath (11 new homes in the Upper Bristol Road in Bath); The Cooperage, Pershore, 8 new homes in a Grade 2 listed pub conversion ); 6 new homes at St Leonard’s House, Malvern and 14 new homes at Gospel Place in Malvern ). An emerging project is the development of 20 new executive homes at Eastwood Park, Wootton under Edge to be known as Hawkesbury Place. Prior to setting up Broadway Heritage I spent 23 years with international real estate advisers Jones Lang Wootton/Jones Lang LaSalle in a variety of transactional and senior management roles both in the UK and abroad.
