Began Banking career with NationsBank (BofA) in Texas specializing in the Energy and Healthcare sectors. 13 years with KeyCorp including managing the the Rocky Mountain Region\'s middle market group, investment banking (McDonald Investments), and culminating as the President of KeyBank\'s Rocky Mountain Region. In 2008 joined the investment banking firm of St. Charles Capital as Partner and Managing Director of the Financial Institutions Group. In 2011 joined Guaranty Bank and Trust (GBNK) as President and Director of the bank. GBNK sold to Independent Bank Group (IBTX) in January 2019.
