   Mr. Henthorn is a Microsoft 365 Architect & Program Manager working with the State of Ohio to support and manage the implementation of Microsoft 365 services in the Government (GCC) cloud to state agencies throughout Ohio. Primary focus is the Adoption of Microsoft 365 services and the planning and migration of server-based technologies to the cloud (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, Security & Governance) across multiple agencies. • Architect designing Compliance and Retention projects for Agencies with Microsoft 365. • Program Manager supporting multiple Migration projects to Microsoft 365. • Provide presales presentations and demos of Microsoft 365 features and services identifying new opportunities, estimations and Statements of Work. • Provide guidance on use of Microsoft Stream classic to Stream on SharePoint for video management. • Provide and develop Power Platform solution management and promotion process with each agency based on lifecycle. • Design and implement custom SharePoint Intranets based on Modern SharePoint and HUB sites. Projects Completed: Bureau of Workers Comp (BWC): Build & implement multiple farms, SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint 2019, support business areas by migrating custom apps based on Nintex and Microsoft InfoPath forms to the newer environments along with moving sites and business data to SharePoint Online using the Power Platform. Jobs and Family services (JFS): Performed an Information Architecture; reviewing all on premise SharePoint 2016 sites, including all core libraries and lists with the appropriate department owners, mapping was created and provided for each business area to be used during the final migration process. Implement a Modern SharePoint Intranet: Information Architecture review based on JFS’s outdated intranet. Mapping each business area design using modern communication sites, implementing custom branding and logo, building out the new sites, templates and training.
