Providing leadership for the groups Supplier Quality Management (SQM) function worldwide. Responsibilities include sourced finished goods, raw materials, components as well as critical services and equipment. This is managed with 12 line- and 9 matrix-team members located in 7 countries around the globe. Our responsibility is to ensure both compliance (e.g. to ISO 13485 or ISO 9001) as well as continuous support and development of our suppliers in all non-commercial aspects. Part of SQM is also the responsibility for our material testing labs for incoming inspection in Germany and China with additional 19 team members.
