I have implemented Lean and process improvements in operation/ manufacturing and business process organizations and have supported many international sites. During my tenure, I have held positions of increasing responsibility, including: Engine Technician; Cell Leader / Supervisor, Business Unit Manager—Military Cases, Continuous Improvement Manager East Hartford Repair Operations, Military Product Manager, ACE Manager for Product Delivery Center in Middletown, CT. and presently CORE Manager for Logistics / Integrated Business Planning In addition, I\'m a committed and disciplined student of Kimio Nagata from Shingijutsu LTD of Japan. Prior to joining Pratt and Whitney, I spent four honorable years in the United States Air Force as a crew chief of KC-135A\'s. My maintenance wing won “Best Maintenance Bombardment Wing” throughout the Air Force and the Department of Defense.
