Throughout my career at ESPN and my internship with Fox Sports, I have led teams, optimized workflows, and played a key role in ensuring seamless on-air execution for domestic and international networks. My contributions have been recognized at ESPN for developing efficiencies and leading teams in new work flows and company initiatives.Beyond broadcasting, I embraced entrepreneurship by co-founding Better Half Brewing, where I oversaw every aspect of operations—from construction and brewing schedules to staff management and customer experience. This journey reinforced my belief that nothing is impossible when you challenge yourself, break free from limitations, and invest in personal and professional growth.As a leader, I am passionate about career development and empowering teams to reach their full potential.
