Centralising HR data for the EMEA region and removing duplicates HCM and time management systems. Benefit renewals EMEA reviewing and renewing healthcare and other employee benefits for the region along with sourcing and securing new benefit arrangements. Dental/Cash plans.

With a wealth of end to end payroll experience, using both outsourced and in house systems. Preferences with in-house, for control and for functionality. I am currently working in a Payroll position within the EMEA region as part of a wider Global Payroll Team. I’ve held various Payroll, Pension, and Benefit positions with both outsourced and In-house payroll for the UK and with various providers across Europe. I currently use NGA/Alight with Work Day HCM and Pex integration to Alight/NGA. I’m fluent with full end to end processing of both UK GBP Payrolls and European € payroll. Configuration with the current payroll and HR system iTrent for all activity.
