Established training development matrix formatting proof that SAG met crucial customer expectations. • Championed with legal counsel: 18.2 million dollars secured from Michigan Economic Development Corporation incentives for SAG to launch 4 (four) Greenfield Manufacturing facilities and Trades school building facility.• Established 5-year Agreement Apprenticeship: with Focus Hope for 125 employees which helped secure a $3 million dollar skilled trades training program announced by President Obama in 2015.
