I\'m Michael Kent Hart, the founder of HUMAN, a training & consulting firm based in Canada\'s National Capital Region, and focused on quality management and organizational excellence. My whole being is helping organizations become better at whatever it is they want to do.My field of work is quality, with over 40 years experience as a leader and practitioner. I\'m a Fellow of the American Society for Quality (ASQ); a member of the National Board of Directors for the Canadian Public Sector Excellence Network (CPSEN), and Chair of the CPSEN Board Advisory Committee.
