BOSTON COLLEGE HIGHLIGHTS• Spearheaded over $1.5 million in facility enhancements for academics, student-athlete welfare, and game day experience • Grew size and scope of SAAS by doubling the square footage and successfully adding 3 new positions• Spearheaded university efforts to acquire and implement Navigate by EAB & the Athletics Department\'s acquisition and implementation of Game Plan. • Spearheaded Athletics D&I strategic plan and increased the Athlete Ally Index Score from 66/100 to 95/100. • Launched the Black Male Initiative (BMI) student-athlete group and reconfigured the student-athlete DEI committee into a student-athlete diversity and social justice organization, Eagles for Equality. • Spearheaded Athletics\' historic partnership with Dedication to Community to facilitate department-wide DEI training• Collaborated with academic administrators to develop a Name, Image & Likeness (NIL) course• Forged Athletics\' partnership w/ the School of Social Work for graduate student intern placements• Maintained the tradition of academic excellence with consecutive department average GPAs above 3.0 & APR Top 10% Public Recognition• Completed the N4A Academic Integrity Assessment UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA HIGHLIGHTS• Led the football program to the highest single-year APR score (972) and only the second SY APR score above 970 UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND HIGHLIGHTS• Two-time recipient of the Director of Athletics Coin for Excellence presented by Kevin Anderson • Guided the UMD football program from APR penalties to APR Top 10% Public Recognition • Guided semester & cumulative GPA milestones for 8 consecutive semesters• Graduated 119 of 120 (99%) football student-athletes who exhausted eligibility between Spr.\'11 - Spr.\'16• Oversaw the development of the ASCDU Learning Support Service program and the department-wide implementation of objective-based study hall• Developed ASCDU Continuing Eligibility & Graduation tracking tools • Oversaw the development of the football student-athlete development program, “Brand U,” in 2013 TOWSON HIGHLIGHTS• Recipient of the Director of Athletics Coin for Excellence in Service presented by Michael Waddell • Created an Athletics Department Leadership Development & Freshmen Transition Program• Developed the Faculty Guest Coach Program, sponsored by Fidelity • Performance Appraisals of “Exceeded Expectations” for fiscal years 2008, 2009 & 2010 • Served on the search committee to hire the Head Men’s Basketball Coach
