   Senior Executive overseeing security offices (programs/operations/services) and police law enforcement services at the Headquarters and Bureaus of the U.S. Department of Commerce, to include the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), the U.S. Census Bureau, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the International Trade Administration (ITA), the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA)/First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet), the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), the Economic Development Administration (EDA), and the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) to name a few. Work closely with Department research programs to implement NSPM-33 and establish organizational frameworks to ensure scientific and research integrity; facilitate open and safe foreign collaboration; safeguarding science, controlled technologies, and intellectual property; and deemed export compliance.
