I have my degree from the Culinary institute of America as well as I have a management certificate from ECSU and I am very close to having my bachelors degree in Business management, I have attendend many classes and Business seminars as well, Wharton Business School, University of Las Vegas. I have also been to many trade shows throughout the United States. I traveled to Poland in 2006 with Mohegan Sun to recruit seasonal staff. It was a great experience. I have traveled to wine country in Califonia and visited many wineries. Have also been to Las vegas and Atlantic City casinos as well as Reno.
