Sales responsibility for a team of 325 front line representatives and 20 team leaders. This has grown within a 3 month period from 295 representatives and 11 team leaders. • “Just 1 more” sales and recruitment strategy implemented across the team leader population to coach and mentor the team to achieve their sales and recruitment goals.• Event management, ensure that all events within area are planned and resourced effectively against target. • Deliver effective 1:1’s with TL population to ensure they have the correct resources and activities in-place to achieve their earning potential, using their personal best as a benchmark to improve performance. • “Develop your business” meetings with representative population driving frontline business sales through product training and ensuring that all representatives stay compliant. • “Open door policy” for all Team Leader and representatives to be able to approach me with any ideas to ensure the area performs to the highest possible standard.• Strategic sales planning and implementation against target to ensure that these are over achieved.• Ensure attrition targets per campaign are achieved against representatives’ headcount, to ensure that growth is maximised and employee engagement effectiveness is achieved.
