Leading a Manufacturing team of 130 producing value added dairy products mainly for export, I led a necessary restructure of the function to enable a more effective and efficient operation. Once established, an agreed move to lead the Operational Excellence function given my past experience resulted in an 8% OEE improvement in just over a year and productivity savings pipeline that should deliver c.£1m by end 2025. Achieved through execution of Tier 1 to 3 structured meetings, creation of a data collection and analysis system and an A3 project management pipeline, supported by leading and mentoring teams in the use of these and other Opex skills
