About Michael Heff Haefeker

My most current role was a HVAC Technician at Daikin Applied USA. Prior to this I worked in several industries including HVAC, beverage and restaurant industry. Started Hardees in 2002 and worked several restaurants since. I worked my way up from grill cook to General Manager in 2011. In 2015 I became a merchandiser with Coca-Cola Bottling Co United, after a year and a half I transferred to Refrigeration Service Technician in 2016. In 2023 I capped out and got my UNIVERSAL EPA Certification on my own and branched out into that field. In the food industry I\'ve learned lots of skills, such as inventory control, managing a crew of 10+, labor, ordering, P&L\' s, maintenance, quality control. customer service, Eco Lab reviews, Health Inspections, and maintaining speed of service. As a Service Technician with coca cola I have done things such as maintenance, electricaltroubleshooting, HVAC type 1 troubleshootingand repairs, inventory control, customer service, using Microsoft excel, Microsoft word, Microsoft power point, filing out invoices, keeping time logs, and other important skills.Working as an HVAC Tech I have worked on various units like Addison, York, Daikin, Carrier, Fulton, Laars, Thermal Solutions, and many more. Ive performed maintentance and repairs on air cooled chiller units, VRV, mini splits, split systems, and boilers. I have some duct experience as well. Ive used various high tech tools and applications to aid in this process. Ive performed start ups on RTU, VRV, and Split systems. I always try to show excellence in the work I do, up hold my integrity as well as the integrity of the company, and show everyone with the utmost respect. To conclude I\'m a very dedicated and hard worker, who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that everything is done properly, timely, and with quality.
