   As an Associate in the Securities Litigation and White Collar Defense & Investigation groups, I advise clients on internal investigations, government enforcement actions, and litigation at all stages of matters. Through a thorough understanding of my clients\' operations and overall business objectives, I conduct internal investigations, interface with government regulatory bodies to favorably resolve investigations and enforcement actions, and manage all stages of litigation, including full motion practice and coordinating eDiscovery, including management of outside counsel. In addition, as a core member of the team counseling the Financial Oversight and Management Board in its ongoing efforts to manage Puerto Rico’s bankruptcy, I advise the Oversight Board on statutory and regulatory developments in federal and Commonwealth law, helping it protect its interests as it works with both the Commonwealth and federal governments to navigate its unique role in Puerto Rico\'s administration. I was previously seconded at the New York City Law Department\'s Administrative Law and Regulatory Litigation Division, where I defended the City of New York against various lawsuits over issues related to its administrative code and adjudication processes. In addition, I maintain an active pro bono practice, including litigation against the State of New York for its newly-promulgated foster-care regulations.
