   I am a General Superintendent on the Rock City Development project in Valmeyer, Illinois. The scope of work for the project was to make safe a non-operational limestone mine in preparation for future development. The mine had material stockpiles and debris mucked out and loose rock on the pillars and roof was scaled off to open the mine up for work. Then more than ground support bolts were installed in the mine. These bolts are being grouted for final delivery to the client. • Initially assigned to plan the removal of existing muck and stored material in the mine as well as dewater a flooded portion of the mine.• Transitioned to manage daily field activity in the mine covering bolting, grouting, scaling, mucking and bull gang support crews.• Review and update 3-week schedule to account for current production and identify potential schedule delays.• Review and critique build plans covering new scopes of work to be completed.• Coordinate with Maintenance and Electrical teams to ensure minimal disruption for overlapping work and proper communication between all work crews.• Function as site Environmental representative coordinating with the Regional Environmental Manager.
