KentuckianaWorks is the Workforce Investment Board for the seven county region around Louisville. The Board oversees a $15 million budget of (mostly) federal money that funds One Stop Career Centers, job training program and youth programs that target 16-21 year olds that have dropped out of school. We\'re the first WIB in the nation to run a college access program (the Kentuckiana College Access Center). We also help welfare recipients get off welfare and into real jobs.
