Managing highly technical/complex electrical and mechanical gas grill project. Includes software, electronics, mechanical components, gas components for a new to company product that has not been done before at Weber.• Launched all 2022 Weber accessory NPD projects from start to finish through NPD/Stage Gate and development process. Items included sheet metal charcoal grill accessory, four flat top griddle inserts, five flat griddle accessories.• Program manager for new concept for rotisserie spit design to decrease packaging size by 60% and add additional customer features for ease of cleaning.• Organized work with R&D and sourcing for research project for grill brush.• Managed and implemented sustaining project to implement a new bracket to fix six different Genesis grill rotisserie accessory kits.• Launched in 2022 four new Weber Traveler portable grill colors, including one color to introduce black finishes and materials to create a stealth model.• Cost reduced Genesis 2022 model to decrease sales price and to hit an aggressive timeline. Required organizing across typical teams plus Asia project management and quality value engineering (QVE) teams at Weber.• Launched in 2024/2025 full lineup of EMEA Genesis grills that includes 150 SKUs to add accessory lineup to grills and implement a new searing system developed from scratch by Weber R&D gas train team.• Introduced Stealth color to Genesis 2025 lineup by launching in Domestic and EMEA markets a grill that includes black finishes and materials for all customer facing visual components.• Organized “bundle project” to find ways to package covers and griddles inside existing grill boxes. Required organization of several models to be dual sourced across an external and internal factory.• Implemented process changes to Weber NPD process to update commercial related items.
