Leadership Development Program participants typically will serve in the following primary roles:• Grand Opening Supervisor (GOS): MostChick-fil-A®-brand Restaurant businesses are owned and operated by an independent franchised Operator. In the GOS role, an LDP Participant will provide services and support to an Operator in the opening of a new Chick-fil-A franchised Restaurant.• Interim Manager (IM): On occasion, Chick-fil-A, Inc. operates some Restaurants as Company-Operated Restaurants. In the Interim Manager role, an LDP Participant will serve as the senior leader in the management of a Company-Operated Restaurant. The position generally is responsible for all operations of that Restaurant.
