I help business owners and leadership teams create clarity, traction, and lasting impact by combining disciplined systems with courageous leadership.My career began as a Professional Civil Engineer, spending a decade building oilsands projects as an onsite engineer. Acting as the bridge between the field and the office taught me the power of strong processes and the importance of the human element required to achieve meaningful results.In 2012, I made the leap into entrepreneurship, acquiring and scaling businesses in the industrial construction sector. Over the next decade, I learned firsthand that efficiency alone doesn’t create great leaders or sustainable companies. Real transformation happens when clear systems are paired with the courage to grow beyond comfort zones.Today, I work with entrepreneurs as an EOS Implementer, helping leadership teams strengthen their vision, execute with discipline, and build healthier organizations. I also facilitate leadership peer group retreats (EO, YPO, TEC) and deliver corporate leadership training. My approach blends engineering precision with real-world entrepreneurial experience, emphasizing emotional intelligence, stoicism, and calculated courage. As a former EO Chapter President, I’ve learned that leading leaders requires both structure and self-awareness.Amor Fati guides my work: obstacles are opportunities.
