About Michael Grabianowski

Twenty plus years of experience in operations management, engineering, and audit. I bring the extremely rare combination of being both an engineer and CPA to my clients. The first half of my career was spent in the manufacturing of consumer durables, pharmaceutical packaging, commercial building products and residential plumbing supplies. I have led operations and engineering teams, supervised project, and process engineers as well as reliability personnel. Prior to the founding of my firm, I had functioned at Georgia Pacific, LLC as an internal auditor and was promoted to the role of Director of Commercial Controls for the company, providing internal financial control assurance in the procure-to-pay and order-to-cash business cycles providing oversight to ~$4 billion in annual spend. During my career, I have audited capital projects up to $400 million in expense and have both conducted and supervised dozens of contractor and vendor audits, often recapturing above the industry average of 2.5%. Over my career I have led audits on well over $2 billion in contractor and vendor spend.I leverage all my experiences above to help my clients identify blind spots and mitigate project risk as early as possible. Our process is to operate proactively on the front-end, often eliminating the need for an audit.
