WHAT I DO Transitioning from manual, inefficient paper-based processes in Accounts Payable to streamlined electronic workflow throughout the invoice life-cycle can be a daunting task for any organization. My role is to help finance executives understand the options available to them; map out their current processes to show where they are now and then share with them where automation can take them with regards to increased efficiency, reduced costs and a much clearer visibility into the life of their invoices. HOW IT WORKS State of AP Discussion – Brief conversation on trends in the industry and what other organizations are doing / have done to improve processes. Needs Analysis – Discussion on options available to a specific organization and how each process improvement would impact the bottom line and help staff be more efficient. AP Automation Analysis - A \"deep dive\" analysis into an organization\'s current processes and costs. After spending several hours on-site gathering data, a detailed report is created which highlights current costs, maps existing process workflow and pinpoints the bottlenecks and pain points an organization is experiencing.
