I joined Eddisons in October 2023 to provide a dedicated valuation service from the Eddisons Sheffield office providing valuation advice for a wide range of purposes.I am a skilled commercial valuer experienced in appraising a range of commercial and residential property across Yorkshire and the North Midlands. In addition, I represent both landlords and tenants in lease renewal, rent review and other lease advisory matters. I have completed RICS Expert Witness Training and I am an active RICS APC assessor.I am passionate about developing the next generation in the industry, with experience of training graduates and placement students throughout the APC process.
