Completed 30 years in the US Navy. Highly successful as Aviation Production and Maintenance Manager of teams operating in adverse and fast paced technical/industrial environments where milestones, cost savings, safety and positive climate are the measures of success. Skilled in U.S. Department of Defense, Naval Aviation, Policy Development, Analytics, Standards Enforcement, Mechanics, Quality Inspection, Team Development, Classroom Instruction, Curriculum Development, and Logistics. Strong operations professional with 30 years of experience leading groups. Active Secret security clearance Transitioning in November 2023 after 30 years of active duty service. Performed maintenance on T700, F404, and T58 engines. Fully qualified on F/A-18 A-E, including Quality Assurance Representative and Supervisor. Safe for flight on F/A-18 E/F, E-2 C/D, and C-2A aircraft. Served as VAW-126\'s Maintenance Master chief, consisting of five E-2D Hawkeye\'s maintained by 140 sailors and was the first E-2D Aerial Refueling deployable squadron on the fleet! On my last tour as the MMCPO at FRCMA Oceana that consists of over 850 active duty personnel and civilian contractors.
