Since June 1, 2023, I have been bringing my leadership experience in the railway sector to Vossloh Rail Services. Previously, I worked within the Deutsche Bahn Group, most recently at DB Netz AG. Since 2012, I have gained extensive experience in the track sector and successfully led construction teams. My expertise lies in leadership, organizational development, change management, and performance improvement in construction management. At Vossloh Rail Services, I focus on enhancing the efficiency and safety of rail transport through innovative and sustainable approaches. My goal is to continuously improve the performance of our projects through targeted organizational development and change management processes, thereby making a significant contribution to mobility and the transportation of goods.
