Coaching for Head and Heart is a holistic approach to executive and leadership coaching that integrates both the rational (head) and the emotional (heart) aspects of a leader’s development. It recognises that effective leadership isn’t just about strategy, logic, or decision-making—it’s also about empathy, authenticity, emotional intelligence, and inner alignment.With 20+ years of senior leadership experience in Urgent and Primary Healthcare—and a background in coaching, counselling, and governance—I bring a unique blend of strategic insight and psychological depth to the coaching relationship.My work spans executive coaching, team development, and relationship coaching, with a particular focus on public and not-for-profit sectors. I support clients at pivotal moments of transition—whether stepping into new roles, leading change, facing conflict, or needing space to pause and reflect.As an accredited counsellor and coach, I create a safe, values-led environment where challenge and support go hand in hand. I’m also an experienced Action Learning facilitator and an accredited practitioner of the PROPHET psychometric tool, supporting deeper team collaboration and self-awareness.Most recently, I served as Deputy Chair of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), contributing to national strategy and governance.
